About Sue Maughan

Faith That Endures

God’s Word is more than text on a page—it is a living foundation that shapes hearts, renews minds, and strengthens families for generations to come. When Scripture is taught intentionally and woven into daily life, it becomes a guiding light that influences values, decisions, and character.

From parents to children, and from one generation to the next, the truths
of Scripture create a legacy rooted in faith, wisdom, and perseverance. Memorizing, studying, and reflecting on God’s Word equips families to stand firm in every season—celebrating joy, enduring challenges, and growing in spiritual maturity together.

When we invest in Scripture today, we plant seeds of faith that will continue to bear fruit for years to come, transforming not just individuals, but entire generations.

Shalom! I'm Sue.
And I Simplify Hebrew.

For more than 60 years, teaching has been at the heart of everything I do. From infants and elementary students to adults and seniors, I have dedicated my life to helping people learn, grow, and discover new possibilities.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education with minors in Music and Business, along with additional studies in graphic design and Hebrew, including coursework through a university in Jerusalem. Throughout my career, I have taught a wide variety of subjects, including elementary education, high school mathematics, music, piano, flute, Israeli dance, Messianic dance, Bible studies, Jewish traditions, and Hebrew language instruction.

For over 15 years, I have specialized in teaching Hebrew at all levels, including Beginner Hebrew, Bar and Bat Mitzvah preparation, Biblical Hebrew, and Conversational Hebrew. I have also developed Hebrew curriculum for congregational children’s programs and remain passionate about making Hebrew accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for every student.

My ministry and teaching experiences have taken me around the world. I have participated in missions and outreach efforts in Scotland, South Africa, Thailand, Israel, and along the Amazon River. These opportunities allowed me to teach, serve communities in need, support Holocaust survivors, work with children and families, and share Biblical teachings across many cultures. I have also volunteered with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on three separate occasions.

In addition to classroom instruction, I have created educational YouTube content and hosted numerous online classes covering Biblical topics such as the Biblical Feast Days, Covenants, Hebrew word studies, forgiveness, and many other faith-based subjects.

Family has played an important role in shaping my approach to teaching. I am blessed with three children, eleven grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. Several of my grandchildren have unique learning challenges, which has given me valuable insight into different learning styles and strengthened my commitment to creating teaching methods that meet students where they are.

Today, I continue to pursue new ventures, including operating two pet stores and developing Crown Reading Books. Yet, my greatest joy remains the same: watching students gain confidence, deepen their understanding of Hebrew and Scripture, and discover the richness hidden within the language.

Nothing is more rewarding than seeing former students become teachers themselves—passing their knowledge on to others and helping keep the joy of learning alive for future generations.

Our Mission

Our mission is to equip Hebrew teachers, parents, and believers in Yeshua with meaningful resources for use both at home and in the classroom. While there are many materials available within Jewish and Christian teachings, it can be difficult to find resources that thoughtfully integrate both perspectives into a Messianic understanding. We aim to bridge that gap by providing tools that support deeper learning, stronger teaching, and more impactful engagement with Scripture.

Ultimately, our mission is to ensure that the Gospel is shared and that individuals gain a deeper understanding of our Messiah, Yeshua, through accessible and purposeful educational resources.

Our Vision

Our vision is rooted in
Matthew 28:19: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” We believe that in order to make disciples, one must first be equipped to teach the Word of God effectively and faithfully.

It is our prayer and vision that these materials will create space for deeper, more intentional Scripture study while also making learning engaging, interactive, and enjoyable. By providing hands-on tools and educational manipulatives, we hope to support both teachers and learners in a way that strengthens understanding and retention of God’s Word. In doing so, we envision a multiplying effect—more equipped teachers leading to more disciples, and that cycle continuing as lives are transformed through the truth of Scripture.

Our Value

This ministry is committed to providing resources defined by quality, accuracy, and accessibility. Every item we create or share is thoughtfully developed, prayerfully considered, and produced with love and a sincere desire to see your ministry thrive and bear lasting fruit.

Beyond the materials themselves, we value integrity in how we serve, consistency in what we deliver, and excellence in everything we offer. We believe that those who are called to teach and serve are among the most valuable assets to the Kingdom of God. For that reason, our desire is not only to supply resources but to meaningfully support your calling with tools that truly make a difference.
